I think I made a thread about this long ago. Basically Japanese slander laws are tyrannical. If you don't do well at hiding your digital footprint, you're kind of fucked.

There was a post in Japanese twitter last year where a guy made a tweet saying that because he sued a random NEET (Japan's version of chronically online kids) who shit talked him on Twitter, he got money out of it and he was going to go on vacation. He also made a joke saying "I might consider this a new career"

So yeah they basically said they'll snitch to ZETA management about all the defamatory tweets I or anyone else made about crow.

Not that you're right about no one wanting to join ZETA because they would have to play in Korea. You are however right about this. Forget outside the country, some will literally be overwhelmed to move in to Tokyo from somewhere like Fukui or Gifu. It's kind of understandable though.
