Never thought I'd get this fired up in an off season match. GG to both teams
I would say DFM has more clout because of LoL, otherwise, Reject is just Mother3 carry and FENNEL is mittiii carry
I was more or less referencing how 2024 NRG, a superteam, fumbled amidst all the hype.
Let's hope they don't do a 2024 NRG !!!
Riddle is still not mature yet I guess. So many throws
I think the time between Split 2 and Split 3 is too short to obtain proper Free Agents.
bru
CGZ New Roster:
Banger, Brofeld, Kapi, sakurai, KEN
bazz and minty are still playing for FAV gaming (for now.)
Not just about Nth, I think VCJ is already highly competitive to where these teams aren't willing to take so-called "hidden talents". Also, Japan doesn't host a lot of minor tournaments like Knights Monthly/Weekly where these newbies can show their talent.
Yeah, my logic was kinda off there. I just hope those players find a bigger opportunity if possible.
There's way more hidden talents like muto, hals, and sakurai (kinda fell off recently but)

Correct me if I'm wrong but, Split 3 exists to fill the 7-month off-season before, right?
Is Split 3 useful if 3 actual pro teams disbanded right before it started? (Reject, Northeption, Varrel)
I'd say popogachi still has a chance to prove himself in the franchise league. He only played like 1 match with DFM after all. The problem with TENNN is that he's been underperforming after his eye injury and overall something is missing from him that doesn't quite make him a good player.
Agreed. One thing I wish Riot did tho is to have Play-ins for Ascension Pacific too. So sad seeing teams like Fennel and MiTH not really having a chance after performing well in Split 1
Hour and a half tech pause came in clutch I guess
As if that player didn't totally disrespect their opponents. But in the case of mittii it was just full on racist
ZETA lost their chance to become even better after Reykjavik, and now, after all that time and the roster changes, there is no way of getting it back
The role changes too. The coaches finally noticed that putting hiroron on initiator was a bad idea. Way too late though
Instead of Brazilian tall man, Laz for coach might be an interesting change. He is my goat but let's be clear... Laz is kind of old... However, his deep understanding in many roles may be an actual plus—just a thought.
Get a duelist. I feel like Dep is getting tired of playing duelist. He would be an amazing flex player for sure.
popogachi has a higher rating on Sova than Xdll. Already a HUGE upgrade
I believe the underlying issue with ZETA is how immature hiroron and yuran are in terms of skill. Yuran is immediately put into Tier 1 after academy and hiroron is playing a role he never specialized on. (Not saying this is the only reason why ZETA is bad)
Doesn't matter, a lot of Japanese people hate moving outside the country.
i guess none of the good japanese players want to live in Korea loL!!!!
Not that hiroronn is a bad player, but having played Sentinel for most of his career and immediately switching to initiator, especially in the tier 1 scene is tremendously difficult. (He is very shit on kayo)
Ain't no way they thought this Tempura guy was a good pickup.

Why is he a bob cut they straight up violated him
They replaced the fraudulent coaches, but they lost a good IGL and a good flex player NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Reject is also quite the competitor on paper. We'll see though.
Kind of off-topic but does anyone know who's the 5th for Reject?
In conclusion, they both suck ass in defense
I don't think HSK would be that bad. The main problem is Melotrollia
They have a way better roster than I expected. Now kick those fraud coaches. I swear.
You know what they say, "99% of gamblers quit before winning big". That's how I got my 19 consecutive losses.
Bro is still an academy player, let him gain the experience that he needs.
