my personal conclusion is that despite having 0 teams that will be greatly competitive and being a '0 team region' emea is very deep. Instead of having one amazing team (2023) they now have like 7 good teams who arent good enough toi win trophies

fell off in tokyo like average LOUD at 2nd tournament of year which bombs out (Copenhagen 2022, Tokyo 2023)
top 9 at Champs 23 (but was only 2 rounds away from beating LOUD and 2 rounds away from beating DRX with all OT or 13-11 maps and 1-2 series loss against both of them. and LOUD got 3rd, DRX got 5th)

Navi isn't A tier. I can see them in middle of B because the only teams they beat were BBL (ranked D) and Lulquid ( i dont't think i have to elaborate this one). They got destroyed by TH (although sunset was close even though it shouldn't have been).

I think the A tier is fine. I believe FUT is around the same skill as 100T and LEV because both Americas teams lost to the 2 teams that qualified, so did FUT. And to be honest FUT is not A tier so 100T and LEV being B are valid imo.
