Navi isn't A tier. I can see them in middle of B because the only teams they beat were BBL (ranked D) and Lulquid ( i dont't think i have to elaborate this one). They got destroyed by TH (although sunset was close even though it shouldn't have been).

This makes sense but the only problem is that they would basically have no viper player and if d4v41 plays viper then who plays initiator. Overall their aim does get better but their agent pool would get more limited than it is already.
