Apparantly he got skin cancer, hope him a speedy recovery.
Could be that he never gets nutrients or vitamin D from the sun

isnt skin cancer often from too MUCH sun? Or can it also be caused by too little
TOO much sun without protection is one of the reason, however i believe him not going out enough caused lack of nutrients in his body and resulted in this.
There have been many cases where people got bone, skin cancer due to not going out enough

he doesn't have skin cancer
he got a mole removed that was cancer, so he DID have cancer if that makes sense
