If someday riot does a community contest for us to help make an agent it will be fun. Lets see the ideas what you guys have and i will rate them.

Some rules :
1) It should be a duelist.
2) Male
3) No giving abilities out of your asses be practical.

Lets have fun and see what we can cook.

I would rather do make a remake for Iso which would add something new:

E: orb will spawn on body itself for ez to shoot + shield will not be like cylinder. Iso will just glow which equips his shield. + Gives a stim beacon buff to him only(only in shield).(Speed would help in entry)

Q: The uppercuts make enemy vulnerable + nearsight (omen blind, but much shorter as it is an OP ability)

C: shield will act as Harbor Cascade. Can willingly stop anywhere+ larger size.(Good for entry)

X: same ult but Iso has full stim beacon buff in the duration + free shield.
And broader capture range

Just make uppercuts to be flashes and we gucci.

Rework ult fully i dont like the 1v1 scenario at all , even with advantages it will just be horrendous agent not at all useful in pro play. ( clove ult is more of a duelist type than iso ).

Ult is his signature concept bro, u can make him more advantageous in ult like Enemy HP is same as b4 or d things mentioned but it is wat makes Iso Iso + His E also ...

For uppercut to be flashes ig this would be too common, same as finix yoru and inits.
Omen's paranoia is the most unique thing so ig buffing uppercut with nearsighting would OP enough

i think he only needs a few minor tweaks. i think i would leave E and Q the same as it is currently. your idea for C is very good though i'd keep the size the same but make it flat because it's kind of awkward otherwise. i think a good but simple change for his ultimate is like you said, give him the iso shield off rip but you could also give him his shield when he leaves ultimate even if it lasts a little shorter than normal. just to protect from spawn camp but also to make his ultimate viable in 1v2 on low hp.

Ult: Chet sucker: Sucks each of his teammates granting them a temporary speed boost and health boost(due to adrenaline)
E:Gives the enemy team a pet snake which makes them choke
Q: Whips his dick around which stuns nearby enemies
C: Leaves behind some white sticky stuff for 5 seconds making that area slippery and you take 20 damage per second for stepping in it
