ya what envy did is shitty we all know that.. but we can’t necessarily say chet is a downgrade from mike. i mean he basically is but like he’s not terrible. NRG looked pretty good w him and after he left they flipped. same with TSM they had their best vct run after he joined. so maybe he will work out??

Who tf can know if he has impact or not, it's not like we see behind the scenes where 99% of the work is taking place.. Clearly if top orgs keep picking him up he's providing something, that justifies his salary.

Why is there so much hype around chet? So far what hes done in Valorant has made teams worse. I never watched CSGO so i dont know what he did there. Just wondering

1. NRG flopped after daps left, don't credit that to Chet although losing Chet probably added on a bit
2. TSM also lost to Noble after Chet joined as well as them having their best run.
   Not saying Chet is a bad coach or anything but why not sign Mike when he got the team to Berlin and helped them(while not physically being there) make the Grand Finals at Berlin. Man made them the 2nd best team in the world and Envy decided they just weren't going to sign him and were going to move on. The only decent explanation they can give is that they want a coach who can actually be there at Champions but why not help him with the Visa shit instead of downgrading to Chet. It's fucked up and doesn't make sense and I guess they'd rather give Chet big money instead of even negotiating with Mike but Chet doesn't deserve any hate and he's still a good coach.
