The issue in PRX

Its not monyet or foreskin or something or mindfreak or even choking
The issue is the lack of coaching staff. This is why their map pool is weak and they kept losing bo5s.

While everyone else is busy strating and counter strating, The PRX strat book is entirely based on stuff revealed in Jason Susanto's dream (when he is not having a wet dream about kissing Jing after winning champions 2023 by beating evil fanatic).

What is the org doing? Assistant coach is not the expensive, especially if you hire someone from non Singapore SEA. This is a consistent roaster that have performed time and time again? Why don't the org invest more?

they need at least an analyst/asst coach, and psychologist if they can.

Alecks is a great coach, he is successful because he is doing something right, and dude is #1 or #2 on the rank board, so he is a great coach, but I just hope that the load he is taking is going beyond a threshold and he could instead use his mental resources into more creative pursuits

Also I lowkey believe even though PRX does not have an official assistant or strat coach, Alecks is definitely taking help from guys willing to watch the games and give feedback i.e. outsourcing the analyst role to people not directly associated with the team

that's the thing though. he need someone to talk while he's on the coach seat, to at least getting advice on what should the team do if they are assblasted just like yesterday. and the players also need coaching mentally too. i've seen so many times f0rsaken mentally unstable, and monyet probably needed the most because he's the youngest player in the team now.

You are so correct bro!

Coaching staff for strats and a sports psychologist (CONTACT me I am doing my masters RN, and have previous experience with a APAC franchise team (in another game), No cap)

They need a anti-strater, I do love PRX's unique style of doing everything be it comps or strats, but once you have a basic anti-strat in mind, its so much easier to play the game instead of relying on clutches or individual brilliances

I hope they look to do something mid-season or next season as the schedule is highly packed to be doing changes mid-way

Also lets not forget TOP 3 in the world ain't bad baby (Ik their gameplay looks questionable alot of time, but hey still TOP 3 LOL)
