Convert Pacific and China regions to East Asia (CN, KR, JP) and Asia Pacific (the rest of asia, possibly Oceania too)

Tbh that is good idea. Cn would improve so much faster especially their macro would improve so much more but again it would take some time still and except for edg rn no other cn or jp teams can compete against top kr teams.
