everyone knows we're sort of watching subpar t2 competition even in the "t1" because the best players are still playing cs2
every tournaments feels like a mickey mouse tournament

It's been more than 3 years. This sort of logic doesn't apply anymore. Valorant and CS are NOT the same game. If all of the CS talent switched over right this moment, do you know what would happen? The vast majority of them would get shit on because of all the differences and how much valorant has evolved in the last couple of years. Sure, some might be able to adapt pretty quickly but most wouldn't and might not even be able to in the long run.
The "best players" are playing Valorant right now in T1/T2.
you're coping bro
if all of the cs talent switched over, they'd get shit on by val pros until they learn the game and they'd get better than the current t1 valorant simply because cs2 pros' ceiling is higher given how harder it is to be a t1 pro in cs2 due to competition, playerbase, and the fact the game is 30 years old
grind doesn't matter as much as you think, and given how similar the two games play, they'd only need to adapt and not learn a whole different skillset
a player like niko or donk is unironically miles ahead of a player like aspas
also, just look at benjyfishy
genetics exist, whether you want it or not, and people who are good at a certain competition, if there is another competition close enough, they will be also good if they're dedicated or whatever
most pros have been pros in many games and their ceiling were closes in these many games, however, in val, cs t2-t3 in na is somehow good? lol you wish
Valorant is kid game compared to CS, especially when it comes to mechanics. Valorant would be harder than CS only if it was complete copy of CS in terms of mechanics and darker graphics but with added abilities, simply said imagine CSGO with Valorant agents and abilities. Only in that case Valorant would be harder than CS.

Higher interaction = Higher talent pool
Dota 2 is not that hard, there's a reason why China left the game to try the harder game aka League, numbers don't lie
I want to romanticize and enjoy CS2 but it’s just a sad game especially for NA
I look at the pro play and every team is bad and half european. Most of the orgs are gone
I tried to play premier, I’m 20.5k elo, 3 games in a row blatant antiaim, aimbot, and bhop scripts on both sides, just hvh.
Csgo used to be the best fps of all time. Now it’s just trash and depressing
