Does DRX stand a chance in 2024

What the title states. Foxy9 has looked really rough in Kickoff and the org doesnt seem to be making any changes. With T1 and GenG looking good, does DRX have a chance at making it to Shanghai and Champs and will they be competitive there like in past years? What do you guys think?

Tbh as much as I am skeptical about them, flashback looked pretty good and their core is still one of the best and the player quality is just too good to not make an international event.
