What would be appealing for you to have in a Valorant HUB with only professional players and promising players from the scene? What would attract more interest from you to watch or follow?

The format of the hub would be in the style of CS:GO's FPL and R6's hub.

i mean obviously it would be super appealing but i feel like Valorant's community is so loose and uncoordinated with this type of stuff to even make it possible, Tarik's Pro City was proof of it. CSGO FPL was also an escape from Valve's dogshit ranked experience that really can't be compared to with Riot, so idk if the pros of Val are even down to leave ranked lol.

That depends a lot on the region, for example here in Brazil, ranked has been very scarcely played. Just one week before the end of the season, there were only 300 Radiants on the server, most players can't stand constantly encountering streamer smurfs.

I think that to be successful, there would have to be things that attract players (awards, broadcast ,camps, etc.) thus making the players consistent.

I agree, but to secure a prize pool, the project has to demonstrate that it's working, show that the players are actively playing to improve, etc.

Vals ranked is fine
CSGO's was shit which is why ESEA and Faceit appeared. Look at Premier, above fifteen thousand cheaters everywhere.
Would be cool though with prizes and stuff

I agree with everything you said, but I still see a lack of seriousness in those who play ranked.
