i’d assume you get to play against a second-seed team in the first round of the madrid swiss stage
better seeding since you play against the "2nd place" of another vct kickoff region instead of the first seed if you get 2nd
don't they also get points that make it a little easier to qualify for champs
3 champions points and being 'seed 1' from your region going into Madrid swiss round
