All I'm hearing from his teammates is him carrying them and how long has he been playing the game? Just shows the true depth of the csgo scene in terms of talent.

Anyone who denies the fact that csgo has a tier 1 scene with more mechanical depth is simply delusional. This is coming from someone who only started watching csgo shortly before val came out. However, I'm not sure if it has much to do with the actual gameplay of CSGO, but more to do with that CSGO was out well before val, and cs as a whole for 20+ years. If val was out first alot of the best players from CSGO would be playing VAL and CSGO would be inferior (on average) in the mechanical skill depth. Just my opinion.
