frankfurt is turks and russians server, either you get some 12 yo with no mic, who drops 30+ or some shouting kid who is 6-20

Not sure, but Frankfurt is kinda like the center of EU ranked. You can get anything from lowest of lows to highest of highs. Usually filled with people from all over the place including Turkey, Russia etc because decent pinmg. Compared to like London that has usually bit worse players and bit more chill on average because more Western Europeans like UK etc.
