and also other than points mentioned above, the MAIN reason why v1 lost to EG was the hard anti strat
the EG team straight up played perfectly against SR
and SR never made any changes cuz they already knew they made the event so there wasnt any pressure on them to make improvements
SR played the same way the entire tourney cuz theyknew it was enough to get em to finals and EG took advantage of that by anti stratting

A theory is that v1 knew the org was going to drop them and also knew SR was their best shot at being picked up again, so they lost to EG on purpose so SR wouldn’t qualify and they could then pick up v1.
