he was initially but then he decided not to, and switched to duelists afaik and it worked well for them
he was mostly on breach and init when he was calling for troop

I will say, Governor is a really solid duelist even among NA prospects. He'll definitely surprise with his performance, but it won't be enough to really justify picking him over other prospects in KR.

For reference, he got kicked out of his team for the NA open qualifiers to the challengers league, joined a completely new F/A team with no practice with them and qualified them.

TTR was keeping up with the upper echelon of NA Challengers despite not having an org or a coach to guide them.

In terms of Duelists I'd give him an A to A+ rating
