I remember people saying sentinels were going bankrupt and were going to split the team hahaha.....
Not necessarily. Yes every org does this but most organizations also make money from their various ventures. Sentinels were not making money. Infact they were at a loss. They had to rely on crowdfunding which also wasn't successful enough. Now the money is only coming from Rob moore's pocket which isn't a good thing. If they don't start making money, they will indeed go broke
people overreacted because they said theyre losing more money then theyre making and they posted a budget or whatever saying this is what they would need from " crowfunding " to stay afloat. they arent going broke and doubt they ever will
this just means the MAIN investors of sentinels just poured more of there own money in order to keep going and be able to expand to more CC's or more teams in different games or even a GC team or Academy Team
Yes, they probably do but then 100t and NRG likely have much higher and more diversified revenue. The issue is Sen are spending big and bleeding money at an exponential rate for their revenue generation. Almost all orgs lose money yes, but other said orgs dont lose at such a insane margin. The possibilites are simply 1) Sen grows as an org and becomes somewhat sustainable, 2) they continue to keep it on life support at this state, 3) the org cuts down massively, 4) its abandoned and dies.
I'm sure they will grow more and more, Loud is only 4 years old (created in 2019) and is already one of the largest organizations in the world, and probably the largest in terms of numbers on social media, YouTube, etc. the only thing that limits them is probably the language issue, people from other countries don't usually support organizations that don't speak English
