So did Malibu actually cheat? I'm looking at clips and it doesn't seem that sus. I didn’t find anything else either. Did riot put an official statement somewhere which confirmed cheats, not "breaking competitve integrity."

No info from riot as well, but their teammate's tweet is kinda indicating malibu is cheating. Or maybe they didn't know as well.
Their behaviour has just been super sus, especially the faked IDs. Like their dumbasses really thought it'd be a good idea to put fake pictures and fake names and then say it was "just a big joke". And if Vanguard really detected cheating then its the last straw.

Riot Anticheat could refer to a collection of things like verification+vanguard+rules etc so it's a bit ambiguous rn

no, the anti cheat didn't detect cheats, but it detected something fishy with her account, which she explained was from ban evading previously.
it seems more likely it was just for the ban evasion they admitted to afterwards, especially now with players close to the situation saying vanguard wasnt ever even involved (which also makes sense cause it happened between maps)
