too scared to make changes when it matters - i do like how they send out google forms, though, where anyone can apply for the team; i believe both ZETA and DFM have sent one out for recruitment.

lacking experience on tactical fps so will take time for them to catch up. would be nice if they could import experienced coaches then hire translator or just give english lessons to the players. honestly curious how jp players like sugarzero and laz would perform in internatl teams if they can speak english.

for there to be good teams there has to be bad teams, and the bad teams in this case are the Japanese teams.

In all seriousness: As bad as it is for the players, the regions that develop the fastest are the ones that get trigger happy to sign and drop players, since it puts an extra burden on players to compete, and eventually weeds out flukes and keeps players that are capable of performing consistently high enough to weather roster wave after wave of roster moves.

There could be a shit ton of international ready talent in Japan, but so long as Zeta keeps the same roster every season then they'll never get a chance to shine

NA is a perfect example of sports darwinism at play, EMEA second, and APAC third
