These are the obvious ones to me but the list could be longer if I looked a bit more
bro no…. there’s maybe 2 people mechanically ready for tier 2/1 , flor and bob, flor mechanically is definitely tier 1, but her brain isn’t ready for it and bob already played Tier2/3 with soniqs before GC , mel maybe ready as a igl for a lower tier 2 team but no one else on your list is on a vct level

he didnt say they could succeed but said they might be able to make it. Flor has insane aim and could be mistaken as a franchised player if u showed a random clip of a pro and then flor. I could see mel or flor reaching tier 2 but def not tier 1. The chance that a gc player will play in tier 2 male in the next 3 years is probably below 80%
litearlly.... most of the GC prodigys are all young and still have to learn the game at a higher level, GC and Tier 2/3 is completly different and harder then GC, and once we see them play at that level then we can judge if theyre ready, so you could litearlly say none of the GC players are ready brain wise, but mechanically some are ready.
its always funny seeing armchair analysts thinking they know what level players are at. that being said iirc you're a serial tenz coper so your judgement on player level seems questionable at best.
bob, mel, flor, mimi, daiki, enerii, (to be honest most of smg gc) some others, but I think teams are valuing flexibility, and these people have large agent pools or are just cracked. (dont watch much of emea gc as it is in the middle of the night for me).
None is the true answer ..u know why if someone from gc truly deserve vcl or vct they would already be in a team that competes in that.
its also the fact that valorant has a very sexist community and if a vct team signed someone with a different gender they'd probably get clowned
florecesnt VRL but probably has the highest potential / room for development and is a real talent and should probably end up playing in the main scene at some point.
meL could probably have hung in tier 3 at a HUGE push maybe VCL one of the lower lower end teams (maybe) during chamber meta but would probably struggle now.
I don't know about the non EU/NA GC scenes so can't comment there, I'm sure there's others which have more potential but if you look at many of the results against like college teams they struggle more often than not, unknown mixes are always close, then tier 3 teams they win like one in 20 maps, it's definately progress but people are often deluded about how good the GC scene is right now.
It's definately going in the right direction though but many players skills look over inflated because of what they're actually playing against, equally there's other less obvious qualities and experience they'll posses playing under a big organisation.
tl;dr
Flor high potential very good.
Almost everyone else not as good as people think.
Likely to posses inter team relationships, professionalism, physcology etc.
Many (I'd go as far as saying 1000s per region) of unknown non GC players could do it better if given the same support / platform.
GC is a positive thing but there's a long way to go and at somepoint you would expect more from the actual players and teams (not the orgas, or the fans, or the coaches, or who ever but the actual players).

But this is kind of a moot point becasue he was playing at a very high non GC Level previously, and if anything has probably taken a step backwards to focus on more personal and important things by playing in GC, doing it in reverse basically.
why you making these threads bro, you're just giving people excuses to hate on gc and you already know the answer is none of them, gc is not ready for t1 let it grow.

Bro i remember G2 gozen coming from winning EMEA GC tournament.
They went to the EMEA VCT open qualifiers. They got wrecked by some no namers in the very early stages. Same thing happened to Guild X who were 2nd in GC.
There is a huge gap between GC and no GC players.

VCT: SMG Enerii, alexy. These 2 destroyed T1 Xccurate and fl1pzjder in duo ranked 13-3 or 13-6 in radiant/immo3 ranked like 2 weeks ago. Just another example of APAC ranked demons, no difference compared to male pros.
VCL: EDG Lizhi, Yusin. Earlier in start of 2023 b4 signed to EDG GC, these 2 were part of the oxygenious that took part in tournament against other big CN org and managed to get a win, b4 eventually eliminated. Lizhi can play all duelist + chamber whilst Yusin has been a very consistent smoker.
VCL: Fennel Mint, she can be found in some JP pro player streams
