im not sure about dropping Mojj but Cned for qw1 is just a straight upgrade (even tho i think qw1 is good). And they looked so much improved at Champs. This team might actually have potential to go further than last year.

They gave EG a run for their money at champs. Although it was 2-0 it was close. And they really impressed me in emea playoffs so yes I think they will do better next season
cned is underrated because he has one of the best neons and could take over this meta
I wanna see who they take at sentinel, if it's yetujey the roster is exciting, if it's Wolfen it also works
flynn has yetujey as likely. This team is actually bokers. This squad has gotten faaaar less attention then it should. it could actually win globals now
If cNed and yetujey do join and adapt yes, cNed hopefully develops a nice Raze since his Neon is already good. This team is top 3 EMEA
Mojj was the worst player on FUT before champions not suprised he was replaced tbh I think both yetujey and cNed are a upgrade

Both of the Turkish teams' rumored rosters look pretty good. Overall I think that cNed is good replacement for qw1 and is more consistent IMO and yetujey should be solid replacement for Mojj(not sure is it upgrade). So FUT roster looks at least as good on paper if not even slightly better. Reminds to be seen how their chemistry etc works tho. And mentioning BBL as well because their rumored roster looks better than last.
im unsure about bbl. qutioner and elite are cracked but i dont know about the roster as a whole
