tbh i respect the yay glaze but also i feel like you can acknowledge that he's more of a system player than some other top players. i definitely think MOST would struggle similarly, but some players are also just more comfortable playing in a chaotic, poorly managed environment
like if you threw something or aspas in dsg he would probably have done a bit better. not saying he's better than yay, just different styles

No, that's a bad argument. Japan tier 2 is the easiest region to farm in, it's like tier 3 GC. Where as NA tier 2 is stacked asf. You can't expect him to smurf in challengers when he has 0 support from his team and no utility to set him up.
