just buff the tp so it's instant, then he's a viable Awper and Jett dash remains intact

it's definitely slow right now but an instant tp would be OP
jett dash is one of the few things people have been complaining about for ages, they're going to rework it sometime

Also fix the footsteps, why tf can you see them?
