I have a conspiracy theory that since Valorant eSports isn't profitable, orgs have to forgo feeding their players in order to pay the rent. Navi probably realized that they didn't have enough money to feed Ardis so they had to drop him. This would also explain why C9 dropped yay and vanity after Lock//In. C9 definitely don't have enough money to feed their players which is why they have slowly been making their roster skinnier and skinnier. Have you wondered why C9 signed OXY until 2028? It's because he still eats off the kids menu. It probably costs 3 times more money to feed a player like vanity compared to Oxy.
