How to save EG

So, to everyone who doesnt know, EG's finances are dumb as shit.
They had no names getting 25K monthly even though the league minimum is 50K YEARLY.
Now, i trust Potter's cooking, her 10-man roster was a great move for her style since it allowed her to better her team really fast.
Problem is EG aint keeping the roster since NA players be tweeking and think they deserve wayy too much cash
So, here is my proposal
"import team"

Get some NA academy boys, some BR young talent, some LATAM promises, do the 10 man roster again but with wayy cheaper palyers and two new assistant coaches (to interact with the players in other languages)
Get them on some long ass contracts but only pay them the minimum.
Then you do some cooking, develop them, form those rookies to be Full package players, and when other teams want to buy them you get a kickback from the buyout, since you pay them the minimum they will want a bit more money from other orgs but still nowere near what the inflated ego F/A players want.

I don't think what EG did can be replicated it's hard to get that sort of synergy in a team so easily. Granted potter did a good job but the playing 5 chemistry was really good. If you look at EG strength its comming up with util and other combos on a fly. You can't replicate that level of comms and synergy normally

You mean become a talent selling org like Soar or Heretics.

Not every academy player or a talent is going to turn out like demon1 or aspas, but yeah they sure can form a team in this way but replicating the success would be a major task, potter is really good at nitpicking talents since she was the one who made the core and even made the decision with demon1 so who knows only time will tell, but these coaches and especially potter would have to work double time to recruit such talents and coil them into really good pro players .
