the issue is large companies deal with big numbers. they make a ton of money and spend a ton of money. if a recession hits, they will just lay off thousands of employees. if there is no recession, they will hire thousands of employees
I think the Guard players were paid more than tier 1 teams when they were operating
BLEED aint that rich compare to EDG & BLG

As an esports org. G2 and fnatic are probably the most stable right now.
Overall
EDG, Bilibili, and probably T1/DWK. Probably the richest and most stable orgs atm. Asia orgs are just insane with the investment going into the scene in the past 10 years.
Bleed are supposedly up there, but idk much about them.
EDG, T1 and Bilibili are in a world of their own though.
Yeah Valorant is expensive who knows if its even profitable you definitely need to either already be in another industry (Such as 2G which is like a video game store) or play like a different game that is profitable to afford Valorant (Literally every org) Disguised, Acend or even MxS proved it. Of course for some Valorant is a lot more profitable such as Sentinel, LOUD, Paper Rex etc dus to bean exposure. But in overall this is why a lotta teams are dropping out of tier 2 Valorant where it is as expensive as tier 1 but wayyy less brand exposure (example in NA include DarkZero, Oxygen, M80)
