They ain't signing TenZ cuz he a star player. Financially I think it's still makes sense to sign him. He def can't be the star player in a T1 team, but duelist don't always have to be the star player. He's a below average duelist in Americas but still a decent/good player overall.
You are overdoing the thing. Also "broke", even if he isn't that good I'm sure he costs more than most real "star players"
