The NA bag really does hit different most of the time.

Granted so does the Chinese bag so it's slightly less likely

But Chinese bag is attached to a Chinese ball and a Chinese chain to your Chinese ankle so that you don't leave China and go to NA. Idk but more freedom in NA might also attract Chinese players.

Don't see it anytime soon. There's not even enough Chinese players to fill up all the Chinese teams right now, gonna be awhile before they leave. Guarantee Chinese orgs are willing to drop a bigger bag for the players to stay than anybody abroad is willing to offer.
