If I’m NRG I would pick FNS. It makes more sense for in a game like valorant to build around an IGL and let them choose the players. At the end of the day they are gonna be calling the games and should be able to choose the players who they feel fit their calling. What are your guys opinions?

fns wants to play on a team as a glorified coach. if I was an org, I wouldn’t choose him either

igl should just be another top caliber player on the team; not a manager; not a coach

Easier said than done, just because someone is good at the game mechanically and awareness doesn’t mean they’ll be a good IGL. A lot goes into it

both choices are great

both choices are investing in the power of friendship

theres good igls floating around and good flex players floating around

either way NRG are going to be good in 2024

problem is these igls aren't as good as FNS, and these flex players aren't as good and flexible as Victor
so no matter what here, it's a big loss for NRG

that is 83.5 which is pretty close to the figure the previous guy was suggesting
