With rumors that NA orgs are struggling financially might be possible that they come after brazilians roster/players, once USA dollar is worth almost 5x the brazilian money cuz it would be easier to get players?

Do you really think any player would refuse a lower salary and play in tier 2 to win the same salary instead?
I bet most players would prefer to receive 5k in franchise than 15k in tier2
