Easiest way is to learn how to code from the internet. There are enough free stuff out there.
You can ask a programming subreddit or discord on how to learn for free. With that, you will earn a lot no matter where you are from.

After that you can be a free lancer (note that data analytics is the best for money). IF you work at a company that is developing something I rec that you ask for some royalty. If you do learn how to code or already know it then I can help you find a job for Valorant related data analytics.
