it is also beautiful for a price, it houses insane celebrity mega-mansions(just pointing out the inequality, whether you think this is unethical is up to your own judgement) and a great cultural scene, however the number of homeless people in LA grew 80% since 2015 (10% in 2023), the situation is so dire that LA has declared that they are in a homelessness crisis.
