DRX playstyle is so easily counterable. Boostio literally said their weaknesses in the break mid game. Said they're weak against aggressive teams and love to play super discipline and passive.

I don't know how to explain but their vision of how they want to play is so textbook and organized that it doesnt work. They need to play more stupid cause they just don't adapt to teams easily which is why they so easily got snowballed by EG

DRX choke on playoffs always sadly, is like their mental is gone after reaching playoff. Look dominant throughout the group stage to scare everyone but then fall short on playoffs :(

Bro???? If that was the case why would EG go 13-8 against FPX, but 13-5 against EDG in ascent. Also, look at the comp differences in pearl between FUT and EDG. They literally said in the post match interview they were saving that comp for playoffs. If you didn't know this, I guess ur a newer fps fan or?

clearly u don't know how teams function so i wont hold it against u

usually teams have strats and set plays. idk if u knew that but anyways

when teams play slightly weaker teams, they try to save their best strats for when they play better teams

considering the other teams in eg's group (fpx, fut, t1) , there was no need for them to reveal too much

It's cus EDG got obliterated the 2nd and 3rd maps with edg gaining a total of 25 maps while eg had 38 and FUT gained 22 maps while eg gained 28 maps. Doing some math, overall FUT gave the hardest time to EG compared to EDG. Also, EG would've won that game it was small mistakes that they rarely make which led them to lose their 12-10 lead.

no lol that's terrible logic. Just cause you can win rounds doesn't mean shit when you can't close off a map. Eg form atm is insane, fut has good aimers and can win rounds off them alone but without strategic depth there's no way you can take a map against eg. Boostio also stated they saved strats for groups. Thats why they pulled out the yoru 3rd map on pearl against edg.

EG straight up said that they had a tough time against fut in pearl (only time they said that against a team in champions btw), but yeah I do agree that they were saving strats. If EG didn't save strats against FUT then they would've died.
