How do you let EG start on Fracture? Also can somebody explain why do teams choose to be Team B and allow the other team ban and pick first map

tbf they played better in fracture so maybe they had some set up or plays

They wanna be able to choose what the last map is. That's why they go B.

I think that's a losing strategy because you are playing to go 3 maps whereas you should think about winning the first two and then maybe think of something on 3rd if you mess up first two.
