Due to being a tobacco product, its bad for Riot because advertisers dislike it. Why do you think Riot gives penalty for cursing in interviews and stuff? Because their advertisers dont like it. Riot has every right to penalize drugs, esports is a money hole and if penalizing drugs gives them the advertiser funds to run esports events, then they can penalize drugs as much as they want.
ANYWAY, tell me 1 actual reason a player should need it on stage.
