For funny+good story go Greatest Estate Developer, Return of the Mount Hua Sect.
For great art you gotta go for solo leveling, the world after the end.
For slightly effay stuff but still having fights you go for Eleceed and The beginning after the end.
Don't use Webtoons they paywall new chapters, just google and read from scan sites.
There are also the first gen manhwa that came out in 2014 ish like Tower of God, Noblesse, the one with the High School monkey god etc
Some pretty good horror manhwa are Home Sweet Home and Bastard
This is what I mostly use for recommendations
Most manhwas follow a pretty terrible formula. They start off with a good art and story direction (usually adapted to the the original source), but then after a couple chapters the studios change seats and mix up everything that was built (story-wise) beforehand. The art usually changes as well, so characters look different from what they feel like they should. Anyways that's just a pet peeve of mine, most manhwas are pretty consistent.
