revised asia slot distribution for next year

id like to know your thoughts on this revised allocation i came up with for asia! assuming each masters have 24 slots and ping will not be an issue:
korea: 2, maybe even 3
japan: 2
china: 1
far east: 1 (2 jp, 2 china, 1 kr, 1 mongolia/siberia, 1 hk/tw?, qualify as a play-in)
apac: 3 (sea, oceania)
south asia: 1
to help other regions such as japan without killing the scene, i think they should still have guaranteed slots but have some runner ups qualify as a play-in, what do you think should be changed about asia’s slots?

that does seem more fair, but as of now they seem unproven which is why i only put 1, but if they can put up a good result in lcq i think 2 is justified

Yeah 1 direct slot is enough, maybe 1 more in APAC LCQ

I think sum like this would be more accurate

fair enough, im not sure about the south america combonation though with la/n existing too, 2 slots for both latam and brazil seem honestly fine

yeah or that it doesnt have to be mixed but south LATAM is travelling all the way to middle amerika (mexiko) for LANs anways. so why not jsut meet in brazil, if the fanbases are similair it would be a good idea

Nah, i do like korea kept 2 slot bcs val its not popular games in korea and small percentage compare other region asia. Maybe middle east or africa have 1 slot chance

I dont know how good MENA is but sure you could replace it with korea, but riot should really want to push the Korean scene further and provide that 3rd slot to make the region better and get more clout + interest for domestic players

Idc about how good they r, riot need expand this game more widely. Is it if riot add more african server and tour. I do really hope many talent from there

at this point give 3 EMEA and 2 MENA and put tr into MENA.

turkish fans are quite a lot, I dont think tr can qualify through EMEA consistently

or let MENA qualify for EMEA finals through TR
