I think his midrounding and some of his ideas he brings get very predictable and repetitive the longer the game goes, he isnt a bad igl by any means, he is just not very experienced at the highest level.

honestly watching them I don't know if there is a clear weak link, it's just team dif most times

who gets replaced is more to do with whos free agents then which one of them need to be replaced
