LOUD and DRX are heavy prep teams who know how hard they have worked these past months after Tokyo.
Liquid can easily miss playoffs cause they're chokequid.
who knows , they can make out of the groups on a good day though

I don't know why you say it's the group of death.

Navi is the worst team from EMEA, which is a very weak region rn.
Liquid is a nice team but it's not one of the best in the world (lost to NRG lol)
Loud got 0-2d in Tokyo.
DRX was really weak in Tokyo.

Drx and navi have looked bad and loud got 0-2ed at tokyo and tl always mid ( still they are the favourites in this group) so if u think about recent results it is not as crazy

Group D won a total of 3 matches between the 4 teams at Masters Tokyo.

DRX and Navi has never looked worse.
Loud is on the downswing of their livespan.
And Liquid is historically VERY inconsistent.
