did you notice how i didnt comment on how koldamenta impacts a team? it is undeniable that he has a unique talent in igling based on his track record(ACEND, G2, GUILD, KOI), similar to other amazing igls. HOWEVER, there comes a point where your ability to igl no longer outweighs your ability to frag. especially in recent times, fragging igls seem to be much more favoured simply because there is no weak link. See how people went from calling fns the best igl (bad fragger but amazing brain) to calling saadhak or boaster or boostio or runi some of the best igls (good fragging ability, with at least some competency in igling). This issue becomes more pronounced on a team that only has two strong consistent fraggers (i dont trust starxo or wolfen like i would trust trexx or sheydos to frag out just yet), because koldamenta is only barely able to pull his own weight when its time to get kills, and this often makes or breaks the team and determines the outcome of a game nowadays.
Tbf I strongly agree with you, fragging IGL’s are of my personal preference (Problem is it’s so hard to judge IGL’s from outside the team just like coaches). But yes, it’s undeniable that Kolda’s performance today it’s not acceptable, you won’t see me deny that.
Wasn’t so much like that back in GUILD and the other teams tho, that was mainly of my point
hmm i mean his lack of fragging ability was somewhat noticeable when he was on guild, but when he was on g2 and acend, he was perfectly fine. But i think that has something to do with the role switch; on acend and g2, he played a good amount of sova (iirc), but when he joined guild, he was the main smokes player and still is now. that has significantly impacted his fragging potential, but slowly hes been getting better at fragging and clutching on smokes, so i think he will only get better from now, especially because he is a good igl (despite what many people say).

How is he top 10? Maybe he isn't even the best player on his team, which is a trash ass team unfortunately.
He's probably top 30? Maybe 40

I think all these players are definitely better than him and there are others that I would still take above him but I can see why someone else would pick Trexx above them. Since I named 25 players I think he's not top 30 and maybe is just top 40 by nothing, saying he's top 10 atp of time is utter insanity.
