Because they scrim a lot with top NA teams (such as 100T), while Brazil teams only scrim with KRU. Brazil teams need to scrim with top teams from NA to be better

KRU has the best possible players in the LATAM region, KRU is LATAM superteam and them has an excellent infrastructure like organization and good coaches, they are a really good team, Brazil is not even close to that yet.
