VLR Admins Come

After reaching a certain amount of upvotes or posts, etc, I suggest you give VLR members another slot for adding another flair.
Ex) Primary team flair, Secondary team flair.
Or slots to represent 1 team's flair for each region. (4 flairs)

Point: Maybe add like a reward system on VLR for an upgrade?

I like it. Lot of teams I want to represent but don't want to change my flair and don't think anyone cares about the "who are you rooting for from each region" threads
