imo, it's harder to do a turkey well than a chicken well. Plus, chickens have more versatility, and they have a way larger population --> easier/cheaper to find chicken. When a Turkey is cooked very well tho, chef's kiss
yeah, I agree with all your points. I do think that fried chicken wings definitely win out against fried turkey wings, but when cooked on its own in the oven, like damn, turkey wings fucking slap
