players can lose confidence overtime, i dont think u got what i was tryna say. Derrek used to be good and a very confident player but with the team struggling to put up wins, it seems to be affecting his performance and mikes doesnt seem (from the outside looking in) as a proper mental coach which also doesnt help

He is often in weird spots in most rounds where he can't do much, which seems to have broken his confidence to the point where he is starting to mess up in normal situations as well. The decline has been gradual since Champs.

Something is not right on 100T. Derrek is a good player, and I am sure he will make a great comeback. Even if he gets dropped, he will probably bring things back through Ascension next year.
