Will the APAC Last Chance Qualifier be LAN?
I think It should be LAN because players from Korea/Japan will be playing against players from SEA/SA.
there'll be massive ping difference between SEA / South Asian teams and Korean / Japanese teams.

Even NA LCQ is LAN because of OCE slots.

There's a lot of rumors saying that it will be held on LAN.
But where is nobody knows, and no officially announcement make about LCQ yet.
But seeing how they rushed to end the Berlin saying the time is so tight, I guessed it's true.

This seems unlikely, there are strict travel restrictions on non-Singaporeans travelling to Singapore
https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/files/MOH_BorderMeasureUpdate.pdf

"All long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with travel or transit history to Bangladesh,
India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka are still not allowed to enter Singapore, as per
MOH’s press releases on 22 and 30 Apr 2021."

So basically it seems only the Indian Team GE won't be able to go as of now, unless their travel restrictions are updated.
Other regions should be fine as long as players are vaccinated and as long as they quarantine for the prescribed period depending on where they're coming from

Looking at the current regulations it looks like it may be GE stay home like Bren (now Team Secret) did for Berlin, or GE on 60 ping and rest of the teams on 0 ping

can the KR, CN and SA (india) teams at least fly into and play from PH or ID or SG for better ping?

because imo Nuturn should win apac lcq but if they play on singapore servers and have 120 ping.......

for SEA teams vs KR teams, maybe the could play in HK servers. so both teams would have decent ping
but if all matches are played in singapore server, KR, JP, and GE would have to play with 100ms

I don't know. I don't play Asia/Pacific servers. But I saw SkRossi get 100ms ping on Hong Kong servers so hell of unfair.

I usually get around 80 ping in SG servers while playing from JP (shows like 78 in the menu, but in game it goes up to 90 or so)
