Riot needs to fix t2, no incentives to keep playing when you don't qualify for ascension. Tons of orgs pulling out because they don't want to pay 6 months salary for players to do nothing, and people are left without a job as of right now. Chance of getting into ascension is a bit rough ATM with how t2 is structured. Playing in challengers literally sucks for orgs because they lose probably over 7 figures for essentially nothing.

Tier 2 players all over the world struggling to learn Chinese during the off season.

Yep. Why they cant do it tho? No sponsor or something? I cant understand the reason. In csgo there is so many tier 2-3 online tourney, even once a year it turns out to be LAN. lol

Like Malta vibes, pinnacle cup, elisa masters, CCT online, dreamhack (its mainly LAN for tier 2-3 team)
