If Sacy doesn't stay in Sentinels, there's no chance of him getting hired by another NA team. Since SEN's project failed, I don't think that the other four teams would want to hire Brazilians again, not because of the region or language barrier, but rather because teams like C9 and EG had better success hiring unknown players with lower salaries.

One of the reasons that he joined SEN was because he didn't want to do all the strats and other things as he did in Loud without a proper coaching staff. So, I don't see him wanting to start a new super Brazilian team project again in MIBR or Furia.

Maybe Sacy has a chance in EMEA. In contrast, Pancada is definitely going back to a Brazilian team.
