It's hard to tell. The story of FNS, crashies, and Victor is one of continuous hard work to improve. They've rarely needed roster changes to become a better team.

Alfa was a beast before joining FNC, that's undeniable
Derke has always been great
Boaster "made" them but couldn't do anything with Doma, or Magnum, or Mistic, or Enzo. Just accept that Alfa and Derke have talent, Boaster didn't do shit to make them good
