nah, tbh professionally difference is just coach diff + game analysis and game plan.
nitro is already used to study and remember a lot of things by playing CSGO professionally, he is way more used to these things than some new T2 player for sure.
honestly even T2 players can even do miracle things if they had coaching staff just like some Tier 1 teams have it.
T1 scene is heavily dependent on anti tactical, but you must be good at T2 to learn these things since at tier 2 scene you learn to adapt fast (mid rounding) which is also very important.
Thats true. I think a good coach would speed up the move from CS igling to val igling really quick.
Also, i totally agree with most of what you said, but i do still think its a good idea to give him time to re-adapt to the game (mechanically, gamesense wise, and IGLing wise) before he gets signed to any T1 team.
